What makes a great leader? Is it someone who is an expert in their field, a hero who saves the day, or someone who is witty and on everyone's good side?
Leadership is essential not only for the success of a team, but also for working effectively on your own destiny. Leaders provide a clear way forward in times of uncertainty. They listen and make good decisions, own up to mistakes, and know when to forge ahead and when to wait.
In the exploratory and participative workshop, we'll be inviting you to think about what you're like when you're leading at your best and providing a framework for you to focus on the support and resources you need for that to happen.
To Dive Deeper on Leadership, join us for an exploratory workshop on Monday 4 July, 9am-12pm BST / 10h-13h CEST. The session is open to everyone: you can come and engage with the topic, experience Systemic Modelling group facilitation and practice Clean Language Questions. Led by Sarah Scarratt and Rachel Gilmore, both certified facilitators in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.
We'll be running this session twice if you are not able to join this session, join Sarah and Johan on Friday 15 July, 13:00-16:00 BST / 14h-17h CEST.
