Team Coaching

Over a series of face-to-face or on-line sessions we work with Leadership Teams to enable them overcome their challenges, achieve their outcomes, learn how to self-facilitate and become ‘anti-fragile’ organisations - Organisations that get better, thrive and grow when exposed to volatility, randomness, disorder and stressors and love adventure, risk and uncertainty.

We use Clean Language and Systemic Modelling techniques to create the conditions for change by enabling the Team to:

  • increase understanding

  • avoid judgement and assumption making

  • improve communications; listening and questioning

  • develop curiosity

  • notice patterns

  • find new ways of working, creating and collaborating

  • create a team with a shared purpose
