Maybe you set New Year's resolutions but 6 months on, you've noticed that nothing has changed. Or perhaps you know something needs to shift but you're struggling to find the motivation to take the first steps.
For many of us, change can be difficult, especially when the situation around us hasn't changed and it's easy to fall back into old habits. Or we feel that when everything around us is changing, it's important to keep hold of some stability and routine, but at what cost?
As kids go back to school and start their new term, we'll be finding out what changes you would like to make in your life. This exploratory and participative workshop will give you the insights you need to make changes and the support and resources to make them stick. We'll look at the costs and benefits of change, what happens to others around us when we make a change, and the impact of not making a change.
To Dive Deeper on this topic, join us for an exploratory workshop on Wednesday 7 September, 13:00-16:00 BST / 14h-17h CEST. The session is open to everyone: you can come and engage with the topic, experience Systemic Modelling group facilitation and practise Clean Language Questions. Led by facilitators certified in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.
We'll be running this session twice if you are not able to join this session, join Sarah and Johan on Friday 16 September, 9am-12pm BST / 10h-13h CEST.
