Boundaries and Balance

Want to say no but can’t?

Unable to find time to do the things you enjoy, just for fun?

Working in the evenings or at weekends when you’d rather be with your family?

As we Dive Deeper into Boundaries and Balance, we’ll explore what kinds of things are taking up too much of your time and energy, and find out how you would prefer things to be. Whether at home or at work, or maybe a mixture of both, we’ll look at what support or resources you need to be doing more of the things that bring balance and harmony into your life.

Led by Sarah Scarratt and Rachel Gilmore, both certified facilitators in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling. The session is open to beginners and experienced facilitators alike.

To dive deeper on this topic join us for an exploratory workshop on Monday 25th April, 9-12 BST / 10-13 CEST and explore how to set boundaries and maintain them.

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale:

  • If you are purchasing tickets for yourself, the price is on a sliding scale based on your income.

  • If your company is paying, the price is dependent on its charitable status.
